NUST School of Social Sciences & Humanities will hold Convocation at Jinnah Auditorium (Main Campus, Islamabad) as per following program:

Award of Medals/ Merit Certificates (Opening Session)
  • Convocation: Monday, 23 October, 2023 (0830 hours/ Seating by 0900 hours)
  • Rehearsals:   Sunday, 22 October, 2023 (0830 hours)
Award of BS & MS Degrees (School Session)
  • Convocation: Friday, 27 October, 2023 (1400 hours)
  • Rehearsals:   Thursday, 26 October, 2023 (1640 hours)
Eligibility
  • 2K19UG batches of BS Economics, BS Mass Comm, BPA & BS Psychology.
  • 2K20 PG batches of MS Economics, MS Mass Communication, MS Clinical Psychology, MS CC & E, and MS Development Studies
  • Left-over MS graduates of previous batches.
  • For the list of eligible graduates (click here)​.
  • The participants of Opening session are not required to attend the 27 Oct session.
Instructions
  • The graduates must have qualified and completed clearance by 30 Sep.
  • Registration is open till 30 Sep for Opening Session and till 10 Oct for S3H event.
  • Online registration: For registration form (click here), fill / submit as per instructions therein.​
  • Registration Fee is Rs. 3,500/- payable in HBL. For payment challan (click here).
  • Only two guests (not under 12 years age) are allowed per graduate.
  • E-invitation: For 23 Oct (click here) and for 27 Oct (click here). Download the relevant card, fill it and get it verified/ stamped on rehearsals day to facilitate entry of guests.
  • Rehearsals are mandatory. Gowns will be issued & invitation cards verified on the day.
  • Gowns will be issued on cash deposit of Rs3,000/- (security & rent) as following:
    • Medalists (Opening Session) : 22 October, 2023 (Jinnah Auditorium)
    • BS & MS graduates :  26 October, 2023 (S3H CR-1, 1230-1630 hours)
  • Late comers will not be allowed and doors will be closed 05 minutes before the event.

Dress Code
  • Gents: Dark colour Lounge Suit with closed collars / National Dress
  • Ladies: Decent dress of sober colour
  • Proper dark colour shoes.
