NUST School of Social Sciences & Humanities will hold 9th S³H Convocation-2022 at Jinnah Auditorium (NUST Main Campus, Islamabad) as per following program:

• Award of Medals & Ph.D. Degrees (only for Ph.D Graduates, BS/MS Medalists & Best Teachers)) 

Ø  Rehearsal:        4^th December, 2022 (0830 hours)

Ø  Convocation:    5^th December, 2022 (0830 hours)

• Award of Degrees (for BS & MS Graduates less medal winners)

Ø  Rehearsal:        8^th December, 2022 (1630 to 1830 hours at Jinnah Auditorium NUST)

Ø  Convocation:    9^th December, 2022 (1400 hours/ Seating by 1415 hours)

Eligibility

• 2K18 UG batches of BS Economics, BS Mass Comm, BPA & BS Psychology.
• 2K20 PG batches of MS Economics, MS Mass Communication, MS Clinical Psychology, MS CC & E, and MS Development Studies.
• Ph.D. graduates, qualified in the year 2022. 
• Left-over MS graduates of previous batches.

Instructions

• Registration is open till 30 November 2022.  
• The graduates must have ‘qualified for award of degree’ and completed all clearance formalities by 30 November 2022.
• Fee Payment

Ø  Registration: Rs3,500.0 payable online or in HBL.

Ø  Gowns: On-spot cash deposit of Rs 4,000.0 (security & rent)

• Rehearsals are mandatory for graduates.
• Two guests per graduate are allowed to attend.
• Late comers will not be allowed as doors will be closed 05 minutes before the event.
• Gowns will be issued on cash deposit of charges as per following plan:

Ø  Medalists & Ph.D. graduates   :  4^th December 2022

Ø  BS & MS graduates                 :  8^th December 2022 (1330 to 1615 hours in CR-1 at S3H)

• Photograph counter will be set-up by NUST photographer (Mr. Ghulam Rasool) at the auditorium on 4^th, 5^th and 5^th December, 2022. For further details, (click here).
• Dress Code

Ø  Gents:   Dark colour Lounge Suit with closed collars / National Dress

Ø  Ladies:  Decent dress of sober colour

Ø  Proper dark colour shoes.
