The research team led by Dr. Samina Naveed along with Dr. Tanweer ul Islam successfully completed the Project titled “Forecasting the PVC Demand Based on Leading Indicators” in partnership with Engro Polymers and Chemicals. The meeting pertaining to the project was held at S3H on Oct 31 ,2023 which was attended by Engro team led by CEO Engro Polymers and Chemicals, Mr. Jahangir Piracha, Prorector Academics NUST, Dr. Osman Hasan and Principal and Dean S3H, Dr. Zafar Mahmood. Engro CEO and NUST management applauded the remarkable performance of the model presented and the commendable work done by the research team. The successful accomplishment of this project has opened new avenues for future collaborative research between NUST and Engro Polymers and Chemicals.
