This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is entered into by and between Omer e Rawan (OeR), hereinafter referred to as “OeR,” and the School of Social Sciences & Humanities (S3H), National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), hereinafter referred to as “S3H-NUST,” collectively referred to as the “Parties,” to establish a framework for collaboration in the area of children’s mental health and psychological services.
