Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot Pakistan National Round
-On August 10 and 11 Department of Law S3H hosted and organized inaugural Pakistan round of Foreign direct investment international arbitration moot competition. This is in furtherance to an effort and determination to mainstream alternate dispute resolution (ADR). Integrating ADR will be effective in addressing the issues like complex, lengthy and expensive court litigation.
