NUST School for Social Sciences and Humanities (S3H) serves a platform for inter- and multidisciplinary programs that embodies the true strengths and merits of transforming global/national growth. At the face of S3H, the Department of Development Studies, established in 2016, has been deploying inclusive knowledge and critical thinking skills in rural development, politics, economics, sociology, anthropology, peace and conflict, climate change etc. The department has been producing a class of researchers and development practitioners through quality teaching and applied research, yet thriving to uplift NUST in world’s reputed higher education institutions.
